Here’s a Real Gem for You
I had an insight awhile back.
The insight is:
You can’t make a diamond from a single grain of sand, but you can make a pearl.
A diamond is brilliant, sparkly, created by immense external pressure. Some of us approach the manifestation process in this way: we struggle and push in a vain effort to make something happen. We think that intensity equals progress. It is, from my perspective, a linear, male strategy. Sometimes it even works.
Time to Say Thank You. Again.

When I came here this morning, the views had surpassed the 10,000 mark. For me, that’s a pretty big deal, because I don’t spend a lot of time working to improve my stats. I spend my time here doing what I feel called to do: write the most helpful articles I can.
My reward is that you keep coming back to read what I’ve written, which encourages me to write some more. As long as you keep reading, I will keep writing.
Time is what life is made of – spend it wisely. ~NARA

A Fresh Insight

I was answering comments on the blogs this morning, and a reader left this in response to the Archangel Michael message posted on the other blog I am writing: As December 21, 2012 draws near, the work to be done in my body, spirit, emotions and mind due to past karma and thousands of years of living in the illusion and confusion of the 3rd Dimension is humongous.
He then adds that he is grateful for the assistance so that he can ascend with Mother Earth on that date. Now, there’s the phrase that precipitated this dawning awareness. What, exactly, is the Ascension of planet Earth going to look like?
I haven’t a clue.

Still Learning to Discern…

Well, it’s 5:45 PM, with a 7:01 PM posting deadline. As I struggled through this most disconcerting day, I spent some time sorting through my articles in order to organize them in a way that would make them easier to find. (Someone has told me it’s tough to locate specific posts, so I am working on a solution to that problem.)
Imagine my surprise to realize that I have not yet written about something that I believe to be the fundamental skill one needs to master before all others: discernment. That is where we are going to go today.
Whitney is Singing Loudly Today
I know it’s not Whitney Houston, but is a pretty sight.
I woke up this morning with Whitney Houston singing in the background of my mind, and that girl has some pipes! I paused a moment to inquire as to the message, and felt like I wanted to share it here today.
The music was likely precipitated by a reading I gave yesterday, which left me a little frustrated. I delivered the message, but felt it was bouncing off a brick wall of resistance. Sometimes I don’t have the words to give that they want to hear, and I have to remind myself that I am just the messenger, after all. Can’t make every horse drink!
