About intuitivejuliemarie

I am an intuitive, visionary artist, and energy worker. I have been on this path since my awakening 20 years ago. I do readings, workshops and teach Reiki. Spirit has been prodding me for almost as long to write books, but that task seemed too daunting. Then someone introduced me to the concept of a blog, and was kind enough to set it up for me. So now I am (finally) doing as Spirit asked of me two decades ago. I AM writing those books, but one bite at a time here on this blog. May you find something here that is of use to you on your journey.

Wesak and the 3rd Eclipse-May 24, 2013

The_Earth_seen_from_Apollo_17I felt the pull to come to the site and write, and here I am. I felt like looking up the triple eclipse article, and it refreshed my memory that today is the Wesak Festival as well as the third eclipse. All of this comes to me with the strains of a song swelling in the background of my awareness…Let There Be Peace on Earth, and let it begin with me….Let there be peace on Earth, the Peace that was meant to be…

And then comes the Presence of a mighty Spirit to overtake my awareness. I am not writing today. Another will be transmitting a message for all who continue to visit here, despite my human aspect’s sometimes spotty attendance at the keyboard.

220px-BuddhaintuitionWe would say to you these words: Beloved Sons and Daughters of Creation, welcome now to the conclave which begins in moments here, within the Hallowed Halls of Amente. We have saved you a place at the Master’s Table, and are happy you are able to join us here. Please, come. Sit with us awhile. Know that, as your eyes perceive this message, we are transmitting to you via the portals to your very soul a Blessing filled with the Love and Gratitude of the multitudes of souls on whose behalf you so unceasingly labor.

Do not, for a single moment, think that we are not aware of the sacrifice, the suffering, the trials and tribulations, the pain, the peril, you are experiencing at this time. We bow in humble reverence, in recognition of the extreme courage required to move into a realm of density so far from your understanding that you have forgotten the very Essence of who you are. How painful that must be, especially to those of you who are beginning to sense there is more to you than meets the eye (the gentle humor is intentional).

Remember that you are not alone in your struggle. We are here with you, waiting to lend our energies to the task at hand. And so, on this day, we would be honored to combine our energies with yours to co-create the vision for the further unfoldment of the Divine Design in this, the most precious Jewel in the Crown of the Universal Consciousness.

Breathe now. Center yourself. Close gently your eyes. We will now begin to transmit our energies into your field to the level of your tolerance. Can you not feel our Presence as we move in more closely?

Wesak is a gathering of the Masters. All of the Masters are present here this day. We honor your presence here with us. We thank you for your continued efforts despite the many obstacles you are facing, and will continue to face. The greatest obstacle to your success, Beloved Ones, is your doubt.

We would encourage you to continue to place one foot in front of the other, to continue to strive to the best of your abilities to follow the Voice of Spirit that speaks to your heart. Accept the reality of the human aspect of yourself. Forgive the perceived failures. Honor your individual successes. Know that simply being willing to try is often enough to move the energy in the direction of undivided Light.

We reach through the ever-thinning Veil and send you the gifts of Healing, of Strength, of Compassion. Thank you for coming to this Gathering this weekend. We look forward to the day when we shall stand together and look upon this Earth and say the words: It is Finished.

And so the message transmission ended with those words. It is finished. An interesting note here, at least for me, is that this third eclipse is the most powerful full moon of the year. It is in Scorpio. It is a time of completion. Take a moment to consider what, in your life, is it time to be done with? And make it so.

Imagine yourself back at the table in the Hall of the Masters. Notice that you have a bag with you, and that all of these things you are done with are in this bag. There is a large golden bowl on the table. Place the bag in this large basin.

vflameThe instant you do, Master St. Germaine steps forward and ignites the powerful Violet Flame of Transmutation in the golden bowl and as you watch the bag and its contents are consumed by the transformative fire. Give thanks for the assistance. If you are moved to do so, request that the Violet Flame also blaze through your energy field and carry away any residue still remaining. You will bring this energy back with you to your ordinary waking state.

I give thanks to the Masters and other Light Realm beings who assisted with this message today. May you, as reader, derive some benefit from this effort.

We’ll Call This One “Mid-Day Musings”

It’s too late for a Morning Coffee, but I want to share my morning walk with you. It’s going to The Giftbe a hot one here today, and people were out early getting the walks in and the yard work done. I followed suit, and headed out right after breakfast to get the now daily exercise my body has been craving. I am starting to feel better thanks to these efforts. You can’t avoid the getting older part, but you can have some say in how it happens. But that’s a post for another day.

I had the hit to take my camera with me today, and I’m glad I did. Spring has finally come – and it looks like it will last all of a nano-second. The temps are still cool at night, but it has started to heat up pretty quickly during the day. It’s noon and already over 90 degrees here.

Good for the crops that went in late though. The unseasonably cool weather contributed to a lag in farmers getting their seed in the ground. According to reports in these parts, only about 15% of the crops are planted. I saw a pickup loaded with sacks of soybean seed while I was out this morning. Bet he’ll be glad to have the planting behind him. Then he can start to worry about enough rain…

White (c)2013,JulieMarieI took a few photos of some of the flowering trees that have (finally) bloomed, and as I headed out of the park, I spied a beautiful, large flight feather from the wing of a pretty good-sized bird. It felt like it was for me, so I walked off the path to pick it up. I’d only gone a few steps when I spotted another. And then another.

Obviously, I stumbled upon a roosting spot. I came to this conclusion based upon the, er, evidence that was everywhere. Let’s just say it was as if someone had splattered white paint everywhere.

I headed home with my hands full of beautiful feathers. Now I just need to figure out what kind of bird they came from, because that is where the message is to be found. If anyone who reads this has any ideas, I would love to hear them. Definitely too big for duck. Goose, maybe? They do remind me of peacock feathers, too, though, but I haven’t seen any evidence of peacocks in the immediate area.

I cannot explain the feeling the gift has given me, but the message somehow being related to taking flight, or flying, is not lost on me. I do feel lighter since the move here. Perhaps my time to fly is coming.

You Are Not Alone

Guide helps the guide on the way up Point Lena...One of the things I’m asked about most often is people wanting to know about their guides. They either want to know if they have any (yes, everybody does) or they want to know the particulars about their guides.

The message I want to give you today is that you are not alone. Your guides are always with you. They stand ready to assist you. You have but to ask for their help. When I first encountered my guides, they told me something that took me awhile to wrap my awareness around.

They asked me not to call them “guides” (I use the term here only because it is what most people can relate to), they told me to call them my Companions. When I asked them why, here is what they told me:

The term ‘guide’ is defined as “one who leads or directs another’s conduct or life; one who shows the way to others”. My Companions explained that yes, they do have an expanded view and will work to keep me on track to fulfilling my spiritual purpose, but they will not, and cannot, live the incarnation for me. Just like all of you, I have the final decision to make and will have to live with the consequences of that decision.

My Companions also said that I was to perceive the relationship as one of mutual benefit for both sides. They were also working on their spiritual development through their function as guides. I am working on my spiritual growth by the lessons I’m learning via this incarnation. Together, we work together to achieve the same goal. We all are working to return to the place from whence we came. We all long to go Home.

They also encouraged me not to look at them as the decision makers for this lifetime. I am to see them for what they are: my trusted advisors, my Companions along the way.

I tell people to ask for guidance. Consider the guidance. Act upon the guidance you can feel is of benefit to you. And remember that you are not alone. You are loved and cherished by many beings that just don’t happen to have a physical body (at least not in this dimension) at this time.

I will share some ways you can interact with your guides in the next article. For now, know you do not walk this path alone.

Never make the mistake of thinking you are alone – or inconsequential. ~Rebecca McKinsey

Morning Coffee – Saturday Morning

English: Cute coffee.I beat the sun up this morning. I was halfway through my first cup of coffee before the birds roused enough to begin their morning sonic symphony.

It’s so cold in the office, I had to go get the heater to knock the edge off the chill. It seems as if our planet is struggling to maintain balance, and these seasonal swings are an indicator of that ongoing struggle. Will the corn be high by the 4th of July this year? I’ll be able to go out and take a personal measurement. Corn fields are all around me now. Probably all GMO, but at least it’s something green and growing, not concrete and lifeless. A step in the right direction, at least.

4th of July BurgerIn these parts, there is talk of a shortage of sweet corn for the 4th of July picnics this year. Not because planting didn’t get done on schedule; most got their planting done on time, but because of these few weeks of cooler temperatures. The cold, wet spring has slowed the plants’ development. This issue has been written about in newspapers from Des Moines to Sioux City.

Why am I even talking about it here? Because a move of a few hundred miles has taken me into another world. In this world, shootings, robberies, burglaries, assaults on the elderly and the weak, and heavy traffic jams every working morning do not exist. Here, it’s all about the crops, and the local High School because it’s a small town and everyone supports the team.

How does our frame of reference affect our consciousness? I think I am beginning to discover that where we live does make a difference in our spiritual journey. How can it not? I am beginning to understand why Spirit pushed me out of the city and onto the land. I understand why I have the sense I need to find others similarly situated, of like mind and purpose.

When a coherent consciousness field is generated, nurtured and strengthened by the  collective effort of such a group, there’s a chance the influence of the mass consciousness can be offset to some extent. Less static interference would make it easier to access the higher level awareness that lives just beyond our collective grasp. I sense we cannot reach it on our own, but we can tap into it in a focused group.

This is still theory, but I will share any insights of note that I gain from the awareness of the distinct difference I feel in my energy field despite the recent stress of moving.  Well, the birds have quieted, which means the world will be awake soon. Time to go for that morning walk I’ve started taking every day.

Four Simple Steps to Discovering Your Purpose in Life

P questionWhy am I here? I get this question a lot. The simple answer is: because you have a purpose that your Soul wants to fulfill and has created the opportunity to do so through the circumstances of this incarnation.

Then what quickly follows is: well, then I want to know what my purpose is. How can I discover what my purpose is? When people ask me this question, they aren’t talking about their job, they want to know the reason they’re here on the planet in the first place.  In other words, why do they exist?

I tell people all the time that if they have the awareness to frame the question, then they already know the answer. It may just be buried deep inside them somewhere is all. So how can you discover your purpose in life? What follows is a simple but effective technique you can try. Don’t let the simplicity fool you.  It will work more quickly if you’re open to the process and expect it to work.  If you have any doubts or think it’s a waste of your time, it will just take a little longer.

Here are those four easy steps:

1. Get yourself some blank sheets of paper and something to write with. (I suppose you could also use a word processing program, but I’m old school at heart, especially when it comes to an exercise like this.)

2. Across the top of the page write the following: “What is my true purpose in life?”

3. Now don’t think about it too much, just write whatever pops into your head, whether it’s a simple word or a phrase. It doesn’t have to be a complete sentence, even.

4. Repeat Step 3 until you write something that makes you cry. That is your purpose in life.

That’s it. Now begin.

As you start this excavation process, understand it may take a while to clear your mind of your preconceived notions about what you think your purpose in life is; or what you think other people think your purpose in life is.  Just remain mindful of your responses to the phrases or words you write.  Remember what I said earlier.  You already know the answer, you just don’t know you know it.

Be patient with yourself.   It might take some time just to clear the clutter, but eventually you will strike gold.

If you persist, after 100 or 200 or perhaps even 500 answers, you will write something that causes an emotional response to well up from inside you.  That response is how you know you’re headed for the truth, that you’re close to answering the penultimate question of why you are here.

As you move through this process, some of your answers will be very similar.  You may even find yourself repeating some of your prior responses.  List whatever pops into your head.  Just keep writing.

At some point during this process, you may just want to quit.  You may feel the urge to get up, or you may find you start thinking about an excuse to go do something else.  That’s just part of this exercise too.  Resist the temptation to quit before you reach your goal.  Just keep writing.  Those other feelings will pass.

As you write, you may respond to some phrases which seem to give you a little surges of emotion, but they don’t quite make you cry.  Mark these in some way as you go along, so you can come back to them later.  Each one of these responses likely represents part of your purpose, but not the whole thing. It’s fine to be optimistic at this point, however, because this means you’re getting warm. So stick with it.

Stay with this stream of consciousness exercise until you are complete. You may find you need to do it for a couple of sessions, and that is ok. You will know when you have your answer because you will be able to feel the truth of it. It will resonate with you on a deep level. The answer can come as quickly as within an hour, but usually it can take longer.

Now comes the hard part. Once you have determined what your purpose in life is, you must ascertain how you will fulfill that purpose, and commit to staying focused on achieving that purpose.

The purpose of life..is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

May 2013 Energy Report

HST image of Uranus showing cloud bands, rings...The two most helpful words I can give you for the month of May are: hang on.  A break is coming, but will most likely not arrive until summer.

April was a difficult month, and for many of us things just seemed to get worse instead of better. In general, May will continue this trend. Hence the need to hang on. This month, whenever it seems like there’s no end to the intense energies, remind yourself relief is coming.

The astrological soup this month includes two eclipses, a Uranus square Pluto(the third in a series of seven), and a yod configuration which is part of a four planet dance this month.

The thing we all need to get comfortable with is the idea that we’re in the grip of major change on both the societal and an individual level.  There’s going to be a lot of building up, breaking down, and rebuilding in the next few years.  Remain mindful that it’s all part of the process of change.

Uranus square Pluto- This third square in a series of seven will be exact on May 20th.  The dynamic of this planetary influence is that it sheds light on the balance (or imbalance) in power structures.  It can often trigger conflict between the individual and established power structures.

The reset button is being pressed by the Universe at this time.  What the new operating system is going to look like is yet unknown; but I have a feeling the choices we make both individually and collectively in the next few years will determine the structure of this new system. We probably won’t know what this restructuring will eventually look like until after this  Uranus square Pluto series completes in the Spring of 2015.

Don’t be surprised if there’s a lot of demonstrating going on this month. The best approach we can use to handle this energy in our individual lives is to seek a path to resolution whenever conflict arises.

I wrote about the eclipses in the last Energy Report, and linked to it above if you need a reminder.

The Planetary Dance- Saturn, Pluto, Uranus, and  Venus are squared to each other this month and their dance is helping the Uranus square Pluto upheaval and change process along.

If it’s as if the Universe is asking us to take a look at our existing power structures on all levels and to decide how we will move forward together. We’re being shown very clearly where things are out of balance, and are being asked to make choices that will bring things more in balance.

Because our individual lives are the microcosm of this greater macro picture, we must remain aware of the dynamics of power in our individual relationships as well.  Be conscious.  Seek balance.

What Can You Do?-   If you’re feeling overwhelmed, hopefully this brief report will let you know we’re all in this together and you are not alone out there which your struggles.  So what can you do?

Be an agent of positive change in the world.  Lead your life of with the greatest integrity you can.

The chaos, the change, will continue.  We must continue to keep on as well.

English: Electric Light Orchestra in concert, ...Hold on Tight to Your Dreams- As I was composing this article, I kept hearing song lyrics (I think they were from the eighties) playing in the background of my mind.  As I come to the end of this article, they seem to be appropriately applicable to the subject at hand and so I share with you as a final thought these words from ELO (that’s Electric Light Orchestra to those who may not be familiar with that abbreviation):

Hold on tight to your dreams….Hold on tight to your dreams.

When you see your ship go sailing,

When you feel your heart is breaking,

Hold on tight to your dreams.        ~Electric Light Orchestra

We are in the grip of major change, and we must not despair. The building, the tearing down, and the rebuilding will continue for the next few years. We must be willing to accept the tearing down part of the process, and continue our efforts to rebuild our lives, individually and collectively, as necessary.

The oak fought the wind and was broken, the willow bent when it must and survived. ~Robert Jordan
