When I sat down to write this evening, I had a totally different idea in mind, but could not bring myself to start it.  I am just allowing what needs to flow out now come through me.

I want to share that the energies of the super moon were a butt kicker.  Perhaps that’s not

a very artful turn of phrase, but it certainly is the truth.  If any of you out there experienced some stretches of extreme exhaustion, sleepiness, tiredness, or moodiness that is unusual for you, pat yourself on the back.  It is very likely you were busy dumping density.  (That is the term I use to identify the processing of  intense emotions or other hindering energies.)  We are still under the penumbra (influence) of the super moon, and it is not likely that there will be a respite from the clearing and preparation work, but at least the most intense part of that particular round of energies is behind us.

Please remember that the Venus transit is getting ready to close the beginning of June, and before that happens, we have the eclipse on May 20 that will, according to Aluna Joy, create an energetic doorway between where we were and where we are headed.  It is like a system reboot with the sun being blocked by the moon.  A whole new system will be created and begin to upload. This is happening on a universal level not just a planetary or individual level.

So, while you have a couple of weeks to do so, I suggest you take the break time to rest, gather yourself, and prepare for the next wave to hit.  There has certainly been an increase in the frequency with which the cosmic waves are hitting us, and this is likely related to the increase in the overall vibration of creation.  And soon will come the increase in resonance as well.

Make sure you drink plenty of water.  Make sure you get enough rest, and if you are able to, when you are tired during the day, allow yourself to take a nap.  Eat green food like spirulina on a daily basis.  It will help the body hold the incoming light energies  more effectively.

Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and eventually the finish line will be in front of you.

The path you take is made by walking it.
