I Can Feel It, I Just Can’t Put My Finger on What “It” Is

I’ve been talking to a lot of people lately who have a sense of anxiety that is sort of dancing around the edges of their awareness.  They can feel it, but are not able to point to a definite source for their discomfort, their restlessness, their unease.

And there doesn’t seem to be anything to do to calm this feeling of unease, either.  This same amorphous sense of disquiet was prevalent in the weeks and months leading up to the Banda Ache event as well as the tragedy at One World Trade.

There are often individuals that have such prescient feelings before smaller disasters (and I am not here implying that any disaster is small), such as airline crashes or pile-ups on the interstate.  This larger, more diffuse (as in throughout the mass consciousness) anxiety seems to occur only before an event that will have an impact on the masses of humanity.

I have learned that sometimes knowing some of the (possible) reasons for something I am experiencing will often mitigate the ‘symptoms’.  I hope some of the information presented here will do the same for you.

If you are a member of the technological world, you would have to be living under a rock, or in a cave (metaphorically speaking) in order not to know this is an interesting year in the middle of some very interesting times.  2012 and all of its derivatives are everywhere.

There are some scientific reasons you may be having a physical sensation of anxiety that is not associated with dread or impending doom.  Please do not forget that there are some very real physical changes happening to the planet upon which we all live now.  The Schumann Resonance, called by the Native Americans the Earth’s Heartbeat, is speeding up, and has been since the 1980’s.  This increase in the resonance has actually been measured by scientists.

This is of necessity going to affect your physical body as your cells, tiny power plants, try to adapt and shift with this sudden change.  I believe the struggle of the body to maintain its equilibrium is manifesting in many of us as this nebulous anxious feeling.

Does that mean you are not picking up on something ‘coming’?  No, but it does offer an alternative.  To discover which it may be for you, get quiet, go inside, and ask.  Feel how it feels in your body when you make the statement that your anxiety is related to the body’s attempt to maintain stability.  Did you feel expansive, or relief?  Then the answer is likely ‘yes’. If you felt more constriction, then the response of your body to the question is likely a ‘no’.

What can you do to lessen the effect of this anxiety?  Live your life with intention.  Be focused on the positive,  life-affirming  things in your world.  Gather with people who are also putting their intention towards amplification of the quantum of Light in our world.

 Maybe even take a few minutes each day to be that which you would see unfold in this world.  It has been proven that it only takes 1% of the population to change the world.  I propose that no matter what is coming down the road, we can change it through our focused intention.

Intend PEACE. For the entire planet and all her people.  Use an image of the Earth as your focus point.  Feel the energy of PEACE in every cell of your body.  Ask your guides to assist in raising your vibration to match the universal frequency of PEACE (for there does exist such a frequency).

I am moved to choose an arbitrary (or maybe not so arbitrary) time for you to experience this state of mind/body:  11:11 local time wherever you are.  AM, or PM I am hearing.  You choose.  For 11 minutes each day, if you can spare them.  11 weeks if you can maintain it.  (From today until the end of the project would be July 26th).

For the beings from the Higher Realms are not subject to the limitations of linear time, and since it is timeless there, they can access and utilize the energy generated by your intention to move the world in the direction of our intention: PEACE.

  2. Thank you for a great topic! It surely makes so much sense to me! I think I’m at my earliest stage of self ‘awakening.’ It’s been a rocky journey, but I have come a long way. I also know ‘change’ is coming—and for the better. However, I’m unable to pinpoint what it is and when it is coming. So, I’m just gonna continue my journey in order to prepare myself to be able to serve and be ready when ‘the Divine’ is calling.
