The Most Important Thing

It’s Valentine’s Day. Yesterday, I had the privilege of delivering some messages from loved ones who have passed, and that reminded of the most important thing: it is the love between souls. Love never dies, and is the unbroken bridge between this world and the next, between this plane of existence and all realms. Perhaps the day will come when ‘science’ will prove that Love is the glue that holds the Universe together.

Take a moment to think about this:

You are Loved...

You are Loved…

Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage. ~Lao Tzu

Christmas Time

Christmas TreeIt is the night before Christmas, and in many a house,                                       Not a creature is stirring, except for the mouse.                                                   No stockings are hung by the chimney with care,                                            Only weeping and sorrow for those who aren’t there.                                          With war and famine widespread on the Earth,                                                     And people of all races denied their true worth;                                                         It is no wonder it seems to me very clear, That while it is Christmas,                 There is no Christmas cheer.

GiftsThe magic of Christmas is not found in the lights, or in the presents, or the foody delights.                                                       The spirit of Christmas lives deep within,

Beyond pain and sorrow, beyond man’s first sin.                                               There, in the corner, where quiet hope rests,                                                           Is the spirit of Christmas inside your chest.                                                    The heart holds the magic, the heart is the chalice.                                            The heart is the giver of comfort, not malice.

Earth, beutifulThe world can be healed, the world can be whole.                                                             The answer  lies within the great human soul.                                                                      Take a moment this Christmas to sit quietly and let the spirit of Christmas stir within.    Send your spirit out into the world and become aware of the other Spirits you feel as, joining together, the Spirit is real.                                                                                    Blanket the Earth with this holy Light and know the day will come when the killing will end and mankind will have a new garden to tend.

Peace on Earth. Peace to you and yours. Peace. Peace. Peace.

I will honor Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all the year. ~Charles Dickens

Morning Coffee – Archetypal Patterns

Cafe_ViennoisTime for a warm, frothy cup. There is a chill in the air this morning, and the heat of the coffee in my cup warms my fingers.   I was speaking with someone yesterday, scheduling an appointment. In the course of the conversation, the person said: ‘But aren’t you going to be spending Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) cooking for everyone?’

I replied that my family was on the West Coast, so no, I would not be busy at the stove that day, and then finished our conversation.

When I woke up this morning, I found myself still thinking about this exchange. Archetypal patterns are created and sustained by the mass consciousness. This one is a relatively new one, I suspect, as Thanksgiving is a ‘holiday’ that is only a couple of centuries old. Do old archetypal patterns just fade away, to be replaced with the new ones, or are they layered one on top of the other? That is the question I will be pondering today.

As humans, our lives are influenced by these patterns whether we realize it or not. When we dream, we work with these patterns. We live our lives according to these patterns. Are you a hero? A goddess? A poet or mystic? A victim or a visionary? All of these are archetypal patterns, expressed in how we choose to live our lives, and manifesting in various ways in our dreams.

How can we change our world? By actively working with the archetypal patterns that form the matrix of our collective consciousness. The archetypes cannot change, but as humans, we can. The archetypes are dependent upon us to do the work to bring new patterns of awareness to the collective. If it is so easy to create a new pattern such as the one that manifested in the conversation with this person, then we can create a new world for ourselves. First step: becoming conscious that we have this ability.

Cup’s empty, so that’s the end of my random ramblings for today. Thanks for stopping by.

Jung was absolutely right. We are occupied by gods.                               ~Michael Ondaatj

A Whole Lot of Waking Going On

The New Earth

“The New Earth” – Original acrylic by Julia Marie.(c)2015

Are you feeling fed up, irritable, confused, stymied, stuck, anxious, unable to sleep or sleeping too much? Are you unable to explain why you are feeling impatient or uncomfortable? Are you eating all kinds of junk food lately? Do you have this unshakable feeling that something is going on, but you can’t articulate what that ‘something’ is? Are you having problems even remembering what day it is?

Well, if it’s any comfort, you are not alone. This post is a long-overdue Energy Report that will give you an overview of what is happening, and why you might respond to the pressure of the surging waves of cosmic energy that are bombarding our planet at this time.

Earth, the solar system, and our galaxy came into alignment with the center of the Universe at the end of 2012. For years leading up to this date, December 21, 2012, the prevailing view was that we would achieve a certain critical mass and ‘ascend’ into a totally new experience of what its like to live in incarnation. Then we woke up the next morning to life as we knew it, unchanged. Or was it?

Take a moment now to review the past few years. Are you a different person than you were in 2012? Probably. Have you experienced noticeable shifts in your perspective? Do you feel things more intensely? Are you beginning to understand that there is more to ‘reality’ than your 3D experience?

The waves of electromagnetic and cosmic frequencies that have been increasing in strength and number since 2012 are affecting our physical reality. We have been receiving bursts of these energies in the form of solar flares and gamma rays for thousands of years, but since the end of 2012, they have been increasing.

Research shows solar flares are connected to things such as a pattern of an increase in violence and a downshift in the stock market 1-3 days after such a flare hits our planet. (After years of showing a decline, violence rates in the United States suddenly surged in 2015.)These magnetic waves negatively affect every living organism on the Earth. When the Sun has a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME), humans are more likely to be affected in a positive way. CMEs are energy explosions of protons and electrons (according to NASA), which leads to an experience of peace and calmness. So those times when you move from one extreme to another may not  all be in your imagination, it could be your physical response to these incoming energies.

Our evolution is linked to the Sun. The wave of gamma energy from the Galactic Center that reached our planet (peaking in late September but lasting through early 2016) is a bringer of change. This energy brings a clear message: change is permanent. We won’t ever be able to go back to the way it was.

In the 1980s, Russian scientist Dr. Peter Gariaev did some research in how light, sound and frequency interacts with human DNA. They discovered that  DNA is able to absorb and emit light in the form of photons. Our DNA acts as conduits through which information is transmitted outside of space and time. We are being bombarded with tremendous waves of this light energy, causing our very DNA to activate, and for increasing numbers of our species to Awaken.

We are now witnessing – and experiencing – the accelerated awakening of humanity. The generation living on Earth holds the key to the future of mankind. This has been prophesied by indigenous people worldwide. We have come to the end of a 225 million year journey around the Galactic Center and are in the transition period as we move into the next grand cycle of 225 million years.

Our physical bodies are challenged to integrate and assimilate these energies, and anything we can to do work with these energies will make the transition easier. We have the power to choose how we will experience these energy shifts. We can support the changes to our DNA by exposing ourselves to higher vibration via the food we eat, the thoughts we have, the music and movies and TV we watch. We can be more mindful and grateful for our life experiences. We can make an effort to find an opportunity to commit a random act of kindness (no matter how small) each day.

Rest when tired. Power nap if necessary, and try not to overextend yourselves. Take care of yourself. There is no sense in resisting this change. The planet is Ascending, and so are you.

How Much Is Enough?

Peace for Paris. Peace for the World.

Peace for Paris. Peace for the World.

There was another attack on the soul of humanity. It struck in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the world: Paris.

This Eiffel Tower peace sign was drawn by French illustrator Jean Jullien. Around midnight, he posted this simple rendering of the Eiffel Tower inside a circle to his Twitter account with the words “Peace for Paris”. It is reminiscent of the Peace sign popular in the 60s. Seems collectively we still yearn for it. Perhaps someday we will experience it.

I was 12 when I visited Paris with my parents. The Champs Elysses, the Arc de Triumphe, Tour d’Eiffel, the River Seine, Versailles, the Louvre with all its treasures including the Mona Lisa, The Last Supper, and the Winged Victory. These sights and experiences are as vivid to me today (some 50 years later) as they were when I had them.

My prayers for all those who lost their lives on 11/13/15. My heart goes out to all the families left behind to mourn.

On Saturday morning, German pianist David Martello rode up on a bicycle towing a portable piano. He parked in an area near the Bataclan concert hall where just hours earlier, over 100 people died in a senseless act of mass murder calculated to engender fear and anger. David quietly began to play one of the most well-known anthems to peace written by John Lennon in the 1970s: Imagine. When David was done, he left the same way he came.

Imagine Peace

If there is a ray of hope here, it is in the natural tendency of humans to come together as one global family in the face of tragedy. Homeowners in Paris are opening their doors to those who may need a place to stay in the wake of the shockwave that hit their city, their home. People in the United States are offering their couches to those who may be stranded here due to the cancelled flights to Paris. We do care for one another. We have it in us to rise above the circumstances of the moment and demonstrate our compassionate side.

And from Auckland to the United States, the colors of the French flag are lighting some of the most famous landmarks in the world: The Sydney Opera House, The Auckland Museum, London Bridge, One World Trade Spire. The world was there for us when we lost our fellow Americans. The world is there for the people of Paris, the people of France, as they move through grieving their national tragedy. May we one day come together in co-operation, not mourning.

Be a light unto the world, and hurt it not. Seek to build, not destroy. Bring My people home.                                                                              ~Neale Donald Walsh, CWG, Vol 2
